RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received the goods. If several goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function provided in our online shop. If you use this function, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium, such as by email.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery method will not be refunded.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
