1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the KNÜT online shop.

These Terms & Conditions apply to consumers and businesses.

2. Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By completing the checkout process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart.

The contract is concluded when we expressly accept the order, dispatch the goods or accept payment.

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices include the applicable statutory VAT.

Any additional shipping costs are displayed in the shop and during checkout before the order is completed.

4. Payment

The payment methods currently available are displayed in the online shop and during checkout.

Where a payment service provider is used, its applicable terms and conditions may additionally apply.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available to the destinations specified in the online shop and is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Information on delivery times and any delivery restrictions is provided in the shop.

If an ordered product is unavailable, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Any payments already made will be refunded where applicable.

6. Retention of title

Goods remain the property of Klack Brands GmbH until payment has been made in full.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. Details are provided in the separate withdrawal information available in the online shop.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Contract language and storage

The contract language is English.

Order information is stored in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Customers receive relevant information relating to their order in text form, in particular by email.

10. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
